Health is Gold
21 x 17 in
SoldThis piece was created during a time when I was reminded of the importance of self-care. During August and September, my health wasn’t at its best—I had forgotten to slow down, to rest, and to truly listen to my body and mind. Through that experience, I learned a valuable lesson about what we allow in—the energy, thoughts, and emotions that shape our inner world. This artwork reflects that realization. It’s a gentle reminder that we cannot bloom unless we water ourselves first, and that it’s not only okay, but necessary, to prioritize our own well-being.
