This piece is full of incredible contrast. One of my favourite things in the morning is when the sun rises over the houses to make evergreen tree tops glow bright with corals and oranges. The contrast that occurs between the warm tops and cool bottoms of the trees is simply the best. The placement of those trees in reference to the moon that is ever-so-slightly off centre, makes for a capitvating composition.
