I am fascinated by trees, by their variety of shapes, textures, and colours. I have become more and more grateful to these giants for their importance in our habitats and our lives. I am indebted to these silent beauties for inspiring my art for as long as I can remember.
This piece is enclosed in an edge-lit light box. When the lights are dimmed or turned off, the interior of the frame will become illuminated by a soft glow which brings the piece to life. See the last image for reference, which also includes High Above and The Circle of Life.
