SoldBlues and de-saturated oranges combine in almost geometrical masses to form a flattened space that is suggestive of a landscape. The diagonals of the lower canvas are offset by curved shapes in the top. Planes of complementary colour are modulated with textures and layers to create visual interest up close. A few shapes threaten to bleed into others.
The overall effect is a piece that is dynamic and calm at the same time, leading the eye around the canvas.
